JOB DESCRIPTION

Ecommerce Website Management Operations

• Oversee product listings, category pages, and website merchandising to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
• Update and maintain product pages with accurate descriptions, specifications, and creative assets.
• Ensure pricing, promotions, and discounts are correctly reflected on the website.
• Work with internal teams to ensure website updates, including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and content refreshes.
• Assist in troubleshooting website-related errors, such as pricing discrepancies, missing images, or broken links.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve site navigation, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.
• Monitor site performance, load times, and overall functionality, reporting any issues for resolution.
• Assist in optimizing internal search functionality to improve product discoverability.
• Analyze ecommerce website data and provide insights on customer behavior, conversion rates, and product performance.
• Ensure alignment between website promotions and external marketing campaigns.

Catalog Management:

• Manage end-to-end item setup across marketplace and retail accounts: create listings, input necessary information and attributes, and ensure listings are live without errors.
• Merchandise listings by creating enhanced content, variating listings, and modifying product descriptions.
• Assist with product compliance, including providing necessary certifications and documentation.
• Troubleshoot product listing errors and implement solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels and discontinue listings when necessary.
• Identify catalog gaps and opportunities for optimization.

Promotions and Merchandising:

• Create, maintain, and communicate the promotional calendar.
• Coordinate promotions with marketplaces and ensure clear communication with all internal stakeholders.
• Execute pricing changes, shipping adjustments, and promo code creation.
• Track and analyze promotion results, providing performance insights and summaries.
• Monitor inventory levels and execute inventory control measures for promotions.
• Assistin identifying promotional margins and determining product inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Research buy-box ownership and monitor competitor pricing.
• Respond to listing questions and customer reviews.
• Assist in requesting creative assets for promotions.
• Support advertising operations, including researching keywords and campaign performance.
• Maintain storefronts and landing pages with updated product assortments and creative assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field.
• Preferably with experience in pricing setup or management.
• BPO experience with overseas reporting is a plus.
• Prior experience in ecommerce companies in sales or operation roles is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must have basic Excel function experience (eg. v-lookup, pivot table, sum, average, substruction, concatenate, search & replace)
• Must be proficient in English
• Ability to follow direction, and work well within a team and cross functionally
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical ability and demonstrated problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure and effectively manage stress
• Ability to read, write simple correspondence, and communicate with customers in a clear, easily understood manner in English.
• Ability to perform intermediate level mathematics such as calculating discounts, percentages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
