1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and managing ocean freight shipments.

Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations).

Liaise with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.

Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and updating clients on shipment status.

Maintain accurate records and update systems with shipment details.

Requirements:

. workstation, personal laptop or computer and good internet

· minimum 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business.

· Good communication skills in English, computer savvy.

· Good knowledge of Sea Import & Export documentation and operation procedures.

· Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.

· we work 5days and 1 Saturday duty monthly ( work from Home 9.00am to 1.00pm )
