About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Nezda Technologies, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The role is based in our modern office in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
  2. Identify and understand customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions
  3. Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and within agreed SLAs
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in our systems
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar fast-paced environment for around 1yr BPO Experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. College Graduate or 2nd yr College Undergrad
  4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
