We are seeking an experienced Repair and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our repair and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and systems are maintained in excellent working condition, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Supervise, assign, and monitor the daily tasks of the repair and maintenance team.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex repair issues, ensuring timely completion of work.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
  • Manage maintenance records, reports, and documentation of repairs, replacements, and preventive measures.
  • Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Act as Property Custodian, ensuring proper safekeeping and accountability of all tools, equipment, and company assets.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate team members to improve skills, productivity, and safety awareness.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Provide technical expertise and recommend cost-effective solutions for repair and maintenance improvements.

  • Proven experience as a Repair and Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems (MMS/CMMS) is an advantage.
  • Preferably certified Safety Officer with experience in implementing workplace safety programs.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

  • Bachelor's degree, vocational, or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in repair and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
