JOB DESCRIPTION:

SCENT CONSULTANT

  • Scent Consultant you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized store environment, and supporting the store's sales and operational goals.
  • You will serve as the face of the company, providing excellent customer service and helping customers find products that meet their needs.
  • Demo Korean made perfumes

Sales and Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's products, promotions, and pricing.
  • Actively promote and upsell products to increase sales.
  • Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.

Payment Handling:

  • Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

Store Maintenance:

  • Keep the store clean and organized, including tidying shelves, restocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and notify management of low inventory levels.
  • Follow store policies and procedures to prevent inventory shrinkage.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to achieve store goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and dress code.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of industry regulations and product safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Open to fresh Graduates
  • Open to Senior High Graduates
