About the role

Join our dynamic team at Iclick' as a Sales/Cashier. This full-time role is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila and will see you playing a key part in our continued growth and success. As a Sales/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and contributing to the overall performance of our store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  2. Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, and reconciling accounts
  3. Maintaining product displays, shelves, and the overall store appearance
  4. Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed
  5. Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  7. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Proficient in basic math and cash handling
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
  6. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage
