Quality Assurance Specialist

  • Monitor the effectiveness and quality of standard operating procedures

  • Analyzing procedures and creating solutions to guarantee the high standard of service provided to clients

  • Identify quality risks, weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve

  • Monitor agents to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.

  • Document all observations thoroughly by maintaining observation forms and a monitoring database.

  • Provide reporting and specific feedback to supervisory and management staff regarding agent performance.

  • Meet and exceed KPI targets

-Conduct Coaching to Agents if any mistakes/errors committed

  • Listen to call recordings and/or live barge of Agents

-Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • College degree or above;
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or quality assurance position, candidate who worked in financial industry, especially online lending field is preferable;
  • Good communication skills, strong problem solving skills , analytical and decision-making skills and able to handle pressure;
  • Team working, fast learning, proactive.
