- Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, reporting needs to management or ordering supplies as necessary.
- Adherence to Recipes: Follow recipes and preparation methods, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development, seeking opportunities to improve skills and efficiency.
