Human Resources & Administrative Support
- Assist in HRAD programs and company activities such as kick-off events, Christmas parties, and family day celebrations.
- Manage visitor and client records; ensure proper logging and coordination.
- Prepare birthday announcements and internal notices for e-boards.
- Handle refreshments and food arrangements for guests and HR-facilitated events.
- Assist with passport and travel visa processing for employees.
- Coordinate flight and hotel bookings for employees and official guests.
Office & Facilities Management
- Coordinate and assist the Facilities Officer in maintaining office equipment and overall housekeeping.
-Monitor general cleaning and pest control schedules.
- Oversee cleaning and upkeep of showroom machines.
- Monitor meeting room usage, reservations, and care of office resources.
Purchasing & Records Management
- Assist in purchasing and canvassing of supplies and services.
- Prepare requisitions, payment requests, and related clerical documentation.
- Monitor ordering and delivery of office supplies such as drinking water and newspapers.
- Track inventory, request, and issuance of first aid medicines.
- Record and distribute inbound and outbound mails, parcels, and documents.
- Monitor delivery and billing of utilities (phone, electricity, water, rentals).
