About the role

As a Telco Customer Care and Technical Support Associate at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.', you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of the company, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients. This full-time role is based in our Pasay City Metro Manila office, where you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and effective assistance
  2. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our telecommunications services
  3. Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and following up on any unresolved issues
  5. Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team or department when necessary
  6. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in high-stress situations
  7. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest product and industry knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new applications
  4. Relevant experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
  6. Fluency in both English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
