Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company policies and strategic goals. This role involves supervising the marketing department, developing and executing marketing plans, and ensuring the effective use of digital platforms to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company strategy.

  • Conduct market research and oversee brand promotions.
  • Manage social media, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, events, and showroom displays.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness.

  • Administration:

  • Supervise and develop marketing staff.

  • Ensure compliance with Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Manage department budget and resources.
  • Represent the department in meetings and external events.

  • Database & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update marketing database.

  • Consolidate reports, analyze data, and recommend actions.

  • Policy & Process:

  • Review and improve policies, systems, and workflows.

  • Ensure staff compliance and provide necessary training.

  • Networking & Representation:

  • Build partnerships and external relationships to strengthen brand.

  • Represent the company in industry and promotional events.

  • Professional Development:

  • Engage in continuous training and self-development.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity, overseeing teams and marketing initiatives.

  • Eligibility:

  • None required.

  • Specialized Training:

  • None required, but additional certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields would be a plus.
