Regulatory Compliance – Ensure that the company complies with the latest government regulations by maintaining updated processes and documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, Government Benefits Enrollment, Tax Filing, and Barangay/City/Municipality requirements.

Recruitment, Staffing, Onboarding & Training Coordination – Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, and conduct 30-90 day lifecycle reviews as well as monthly skills and behavioral evaluations to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations – Develop and implement initiatives that promote high employee morale and retention, in close collaboration with company stakeholders and leadership. Responsibilities include Employee Engagement & Retention, Conflict Management, and Talent Development.

Finance & Accounting – Prepare financial reports as required by senior management; oversee monthly and quarterly audits; and manage payroll processing for the company.

Recordkeeping – Maintain and regularly update personnel records and ensure the safekeeping of all confidential company documents, in accordance with data privacy and internal protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
