Key Responsibilities:

1. Change Management Leadership

  • Apply structured methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) to drive adoption of initiatives.
  • Develop tailored strategies to support change adoption and reinforce desired behaviors.

2. Communication & Engagement

  • Design, develop, and deliver impactful communication plans for all stakeholder levels.
  • Support senior leaders and executive sponsors in change initiatives.

3. Change Impact & Readiness

  • Conduct change impact assessments, readiness analyses, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Develop engagement strategies for key stakeholders.

4. Risk & Resistance Management

  • Identify risks and resistance related to change and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track issues and support resolution across impacted units.

5. Portfolio Management

  • Oversee multiple change initiatives, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.

6. Integration & Monitoring

  • Integrate change activities into project plans and timelines.
  • Track adoption metrics, define success indicators, and report on progress and impact.

7. Training & Enablement

  • Contribute to training design, delivery, and deployment strategies.
  • Prepare support materials and documentation to facilitate effective learning.

8. Other Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and thought leadership to the organization on change best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change adoption and organizational performance.
Job Qualifications (JQ)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

Experience:

  • 7–10 years leading organizational change initiatives or internal change consultation in complex environments.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation (systems, processes, culture, or structure).
  • Experience managing large-scale change initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of change management processes and how individuals/teams transition through change.
  • Strong expertise in structured change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Skilled in change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and risk/resistance management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
