Skill - Change management

Experience - 4 Yrs to 10 Yrs

Must Have - Experience in Consulting, creating change management strategies and involvement in Large scale transformations

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days Only

Work Mode - Hybrid (2x/3x in a week)

Location - Makati, soon to be moved to BGC

Key Responsibilities and Daily Activities


• Participate in client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements, focusing on the people side of change for large-scale transformations inclusive of org changes, process and technology


• Identify and analyze change impact, assess organizational readiness and support a change management strategy that mitigates risk and maximizes employee engagement


• Create actionable deliverables that support understanding across the organization and stakeholders; managing resistance to change and help ensure user readiness


• Design and deliver solutions that support organizational change; incorporating the use of behavioral change methods and frameworks and can concisely communicate ideas through PowerPoint and other forms while adjusting style and level of details depending on audience


• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to meet business objectives and help ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner including articulation of complex issues, structuring clear and concise recommendations to a C-level audience

  • Design and lead enterprise-wide change management strategies.
  • Oversee communication plans, workshops, and training to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Monitor and report on change effectiveness and organizational resilience.
