Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational transformation initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading change efforts in complex environments and can partner with stakeholders at all levels to guide individuals and teams through transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive organizational readiness assessments, impact analyses, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Develop and implement communication, training, and support plans to enable smooth transitions.
  • Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to prepare teams for upcoming changes.
  • Manage change efforts related to large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
  • Monitor adoption, track progress, and report change-related risks or issues to leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and cross-functional teams on change management best practices.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational goals, employee needs, and transformation outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives or providing internal change consultation in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management processes and how individuals and teams transition through change.
  • Proven experience managing change for large-scale transformation efforts.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: Makati

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: Open to discuss, depending on 7 to 10 years of experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
