Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients or customers to collect payments on overdue accounts.
  • Issue official receipts and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting or Collection Department regarding payment updates.
  • Deliver notices, statements of account, or demand letters to customers when necessary.
  • Verify customer details and update account information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all collection activities.
  • Ensure safe handling, remittance, and reporting of all collected funds.
  • Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
  • Assist in resolving payment disputes or issues raised by customers.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate or College Level (Business or Accounting courses preferred).
  • With at least 1 year of experience in field collection or related work.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting and collection procedures.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

  • Field-based position requiring regular travel.
  • May involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Must ensure safety and security during fieldwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
