KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and engineer AV systems using media servers, projection, LED, video routing, and audio solutions.
  • Lead onsite installation, system configuration, and commissioning of AV equipment.
  • Work directly with Pixera, Disguise, or similar media server platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to support content playback, mapping, and show control.
  • Supervise junior engineers and technicians; provide technical mentorship.
  • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting pre-, during, and post-events.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, schematics, and reports.
  • Ensure AV projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Broadcast, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Aged 20 to 35 years old
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in AV engineering or media server integration
- Proficiency in AV signal flow, projection mapping, networking, and system programming
- Strong command of software such as Pixera, Disguise, Resolume, or similar
- Skilled in using tools like AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or similar for system layout
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
- Experience with immersive installations, XR/AR stages, or hybrid events
- Familiarity with lighting control systems and show cueing software
- Based near Las Piñas or willing to report onsite regularly
