Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Setup and Operation:Assist in setting up and testing audio/video equipment, including microphones, speakers, and projectors, for events
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting:Provide in-depth technical support to presenters and staff, helping to resolve simple issues with AV equipment during events under any circumstances.
  • Audio Mixing and Sound Management: Support live audio mixing, monitor sound levels, and ensure balanced and high-quality audio output for live and recorded events.
  • Video Recording and Streaming: Operate cameras and assist with live streaming and recording sessions, ensuring stable and clear video content.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Inventory: Help maintain and organize AV gear, perform minor repairs, and ensure all systems are in proper working condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior AV engineers, producers, and event coordinators to meet technical and creative requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational certificate in Electronics, IT, Multimedia Arts, Broadcast Technology,

    or an experience on live events is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of AV system components, signal flow, and equipment handling
  • Familiarity with audio mixing, video playback, or projection systems
  • Willingness to learn media server platforms (e.g., Pixera, Resolume, Disguise)
  • Strong troubleshooting, creative, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical fitness to transport and set-up heavy equipment
  • Willing to relocate on Las Piñas City; which may involve temporary relocations or commuting depending on the event locations.
