ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Bidding Auditor to join our team. This role supports government procurement operations by preparing and reviewing bidding documents, ensuring compliance with Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD), and minimizing risks of disqualification.

The successful candidate will work directly under the Bidding Officer and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and audit bidding documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Monitor updates in government bidding regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
  • Conduct internal audits and recommend improvements to ensure compliance.
  • Identify risks of disqualification and provide preventive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and organized bidding records.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for necessary documentation.
  • Search for new bidding opportunities and assign to sales staff.
  • Ensure timely preparation of bidding documents for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree holder (any course, preferably business, management, or legal studies).
  • Proficient in English and Tagalog (conversational).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, and Adobe applications.
  • Strong written communication skills (email and reports).
  • Must have knowledge and prior experience in government bidding processes.
