Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor PhilGEPS and other procurement platforms for relevant bid postings
  • Evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and bid bulletins for feasibility and strategic fit.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance) to gather required documentation.
  • Draft and compile bid proposals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure all submissions comply with RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and agency-specific guidelines.
  • Maintain a repository of bid documents, templates, and certifications.
  • Liaise with procurement officers and government agencies for clarifications and bid conferences.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and post-qualification evaluations.
  • Monitor bid status and follow up on results.
  • Analyze win/loss ratios and prepare performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in bidding, procurement, or sales operations.
  • Familiarity with PhilGEPS and government procurement processes.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; Excel skills preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
