Job Description:

  • Maintain organized records of all bids submitted and contracts awarded.
  • Prepares and manages bids and proposals for projects and attends Pre-Bidding Conference and Opening of the Bid if time permits.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure proposals and comprehensive and competitive.
  • Analyze tender documents and government requests.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine government procurement laws (e.g., RA 9148) throughout the bidding process.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices in government contracting.
  • Develop and maintain the bid/proposal submission timeframe ensuring that Bidding Documents are submitted on time.
  • Responsible for identifying leads for bidding opportunities in the governments through PhilGEPS.
  • Monitor PhilGEPS regularly.
  • Responsible for the Renewal of PhilGEPS Certificate annually.
  • Prepares all documents and requirements needed in the post-qualification.
  • Performs additional tasks that are related to the department.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in government tenders and bidding processes,  experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and bid management software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting Salary: Php 25,000
