Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dining Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations at Balingasag. The role ensures efficient food service, proper staff supervision, and compliance with cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily dining and canteen operations
  • Lead and monitor servers, cashiers, and utility staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth food service flow
  • Address operational issues and customer concerns
  • Monitor cleanliness, dining setup, and proper use of equipment
  • Prepare basic daily or shift reports
  • Assist in staff training and performance monitoring

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • With experience in food service, canteen, or restaurant supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards
  • Able to work under pressure and manage a team
  • Currently located in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental
