Duties and Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains professional and cordial relations with retail partners
  • Is on top of all issues related to the retail partners
  • Updates Mall Operations and other appropriate departments on major concerns of retail partners
  • Responds quickly to retail partner communication
  • Initiates audit of leasable spaces to ensure timely and complete preparation of leasable space to new retail partners
  • Coordinates timely submission of design requirements by new retail partners
  • Inspects retail partner construction consistently to ensure compliance to design guidelines
  • Ensures complete submission of pre-opening requirements by new retail partners
  • Organizes documentation of retail partners' construction and operational activities for easier reference
  • Does daily mall rounds to identify retail partner issues
  • Documents retail partner issues through memos, monitors rectification by retail partner, and ensures timely resolution
  • Monitors and analyzes sales performance or retail partners
  • Coordinates with Leasing for ingress and egress of retail partners
  • Coordinates with Marketing for initiatives that will promote the retail partners
  • Coordinates with Facilities Management for retail partner engineering issues
  • Coordinates with Technical Support for retail partner design issues
  • Willing to be assigned at Iloilo Festive Walk Mall, Mandurriao, Iloilo.
  • Must be a licensed Architect.
