RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial documents.
  • Process and record financial transactions, including payments and receipts, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure proper filing of financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.
  • Assist in the completion of audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations in day to day work.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication to other departments of accounting department policies and rules.
  • Must have experience in Cost Accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Experience (1-2 years) in accounting or finance is must have
  • Onsite set up of work
  • Must be residing in Makati City or nearby area
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and BIR rules and regulations
  • Experience in using accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in journal entries and amounts recorded

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
