Job Description System Development Lead who will be responsible for
end-to-end system design, development, and support across multiple platforms. The role combines expertise in full-stack development, system architecture, and database management with strong leadership and process management capabilities. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving innovation, ensuring system stability, and mentoring the
development team to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web systems and applications.


• Translate business requirements into effective technical architectures and software solutions.


• Oversee development processes using Agile/SCRUM methodologies for efficient delivery.


• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across all developed systems.


• Design, manage, and maintain relational and non-relational database systems (MySQL,

PostgreSQL, NoSQL).


• Optimize database performance, queries, and schema design for scalability.


• Ensure data integrity, backup, and recovery processes are consistently applied.


• Manage multiple projects or development streams to ensure timely and quality delivery.


• Streamline processes, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with team objectives.


• Conduct performance reviews, task prioritization, and risk assessments.


• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning

and excellence.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, QA, and product managers, to

ensure end-to-end solution quality.


• Serve as the team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both front-end and back-end solutions.


• Handle advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical issues.


• Ensure continuous system uptime and responsiveness through proactive monitoring and

support.
