Job Description The Revenue Assurance Expert manages data ingestion, develops automation scripts, and executes controls to detect leakages & issues. They analyze data for discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide insights, while preparing reports and collaborating with teams to improve revenue assurance.

1. Data Ingestion:

• Ingest and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources into the company's revenue systems.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the ingested data.

• Regularly monitor data ingestion processes, identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues affecting the quality of the data.

2. Script Development & Automation:

• Develop and maintain automated scripts for data ingestion and control execution.

• Write & optimize SQL/BQ queries, Python scripts, and other automation tools to improve efficiency and ensure the accuracy of revenue assurance processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions.

3. Control Execution:

• Execute and monitor revenue assurance controls to ensure adherence to established processes and business rules.

• Regularly test and validate system controls to ensure revenue discrepancies are detected and rectified in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal teams to implement new control measures based on emerging business needs.

4. Data Analysis & Issue Resolution:

• Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues impacting revenue.

• Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to determine the source of revenue leakage or discrepancies.

• Resolve leakage issues, collaborating with IT, network, business, finance, and other departments to implement corrective actions.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for improving revenue assurance controls and processes, and preventing future issues

5. Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on revenue assurance operations, data quality, and detected issues.

• Present findings to key stakeholders, including senior management, providing recommendations for improvement.

Develop and maintain documentation for revenue assurance procedures, controls, and methodologies.
