Lufthansa Technik Philippines, Inc. is currently looking for Financial Controlling Officer to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. Prepares and analyzes reports on the financial and/operational performance of the company to support decision making of top management and major shareholders.
  2. Provides support to managers through timely feedback mechanism on issues regarding financial accounts and/or customer-vendor concerns.
  3. Recommends and provides support on cost-saving measures and improvements to the internal control systems as well as the design and implementation of effective financial and internal control systems.
  4. Coordinates, evaluates and monitors projects and investments on various business, overhead and operation initiatives, including regular workshops/meetings with stakeholders.
  5. Leads and prepares annual performance and capital basis report, cash flow forecast, and coordinates planning of sales, OPEX, and CAPEX items across various departments.
  6. Prepares business plans/economic feasibility and evaluation of projects and investments.
  7. Responsible for the quarterly update of the forecast figures including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and other KPI projections.
  8. Evaluates company's Credit Risk Exposure Report and coordinates with risk owners.
  9. Prepares controlling and profitability reports per business area, cost of non-quality report, monthly Net Revenue Reports, and quarterly report of Equity Ownership Structure.
  10. Prepares and communicates annual management report to MacroAsia on operational and financial standing of the company.
  11. Prepares analytics as required by external auditors every interim and year-end audit on the company's result of operation and financial position.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
  2. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
  3. Must be a CPA for at least 3-4 years.
  4. At least two (2) years of assignment in a finance controller or equivalent role.
  5. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  6. Keen attention to detail.
  7. Excellent accounting and numeracy skills.
  8. Strategic planning skills.
