Lufthansa Technik Philippines, Inc. is currently looking for Financial Controlling Officer to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. Prepares and analyzes reports on the financial and/operational performance of the company to support decision making of top management and major shareholders.
  2. Provides support to managers through timely feedback mechanism on issues regarding financial accounts and/or customer-vendor concerns.
  3. Recommends and provides support on cost-saving measures and improvements to the internal control systems as well as the design and implementation of effective financial and internal control systems.
  4. Coordinates, evaluates and monitors projects and investments on various business, overhead and operation initiatives, including regular workshops/meetings with stakeholders.
  5. Leads and prepares annual performance and capital basis report, cash flow forecast, and coordinates planning of sales, OPEX, and CAPEX items across various departments.
  6. Responsible for the quarterly update of the forecast figures including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and other KPI projections.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
  2. Must be a CPA for at least 3-4 years.
  3. At least two (2) years of assignment in a finance controller or equivalent role.
  4. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  5. Keen attention to detail.
  6. Excellent accounting and numeracy skills.
  7. Strategic planning skills.
