Overview:
The
Sales Partnerships Associate / Senior Associate
will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of FMCG companies and their distributors, including executives and on-ground agents/fleets to drive collaboration and mutual success.
What you will do:
- Strong background in sales, field operations, or relationship/account management
- Experience handling multiple partners, channels, or key accounts
- Exposure to acquiring, telco, or distribution networks preferred
- Familiarity with the FMCG landscape is a plus but not required
- Independent and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Driven by execution, speed, and collaborative success
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required by partners
What we are looking for:
- 4-year course College Graduate; Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience (Sales, acquiring, telco, FMCG, distribution, etc.)
- Data-driven, with the ability to interpret and act on field metrics
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Having a personal vehicle is ideal to support field mobility and partner engagement
- Willing to cover areas for South Luzon - Calabarzon
