JOB DESCRIPTION

•We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular systems construction methods and design, and an ability to collaborate across disciplines. You will contribute to projects from concept through completion, playing a key role in design development, coordination, documentation and supervision with a focus on modular systems construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Researches, programs, plans, designs and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, building materials and systems.

•Produces conceptual plans, renderings and documents. Plays a key role in developing detailed architectural and interior design solutions, with a strong focus on modular systems construction.

•Plans and programs layout of project (s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.

•Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, schematic design phase, and/or the detailed design phase of a project.

•Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

•Ensures work is completed on-time and performs related duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• With or Without license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, modular systems construction, and supervision of installations.
• Strong background in modular systems, detailing, and practical application.
• Willing to start ASAP, Enthusiastic and Professional at work
• Entry Levels are encouraged provided Internship experience is related with design, production and installation of modular systems.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Comfortable in creating, reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
• Has a strong leadership and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent in computer aided applications i.e., AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, LUMION, ENSCAPE
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
