Megawide is currently seeking a Design Architect who will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings for design & construction from Bid Preparation up to Project Close out.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop Architectural Shop drawing based on Reference Contracts drawings.
  • Prepare and produce 3D Architectural BIM Model and ensures all graphic presentation are in compliance with the drawing standards.
  • Produce Architectural quantities from Revit BIM Model.
  • Review and check of Contract drawings and Material Specification. Can provide item for queries.
  • Coordinate with other trades for clash detection using BIM Models.
  • Produce 3D renders for presentation using Lumion and Photoshop.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture
  • Minimal of 2 years related working experience
  • License is an advantage.
  • Has knowledge in Architectural design, detail and quantification
  • Proficient in Autocad, Revit, MS Office, Photoshop, Lumion.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
