Resident Engineer

Job Summary

Coordination, supervision and monitoring of Landev's Project Management service in various Architectural/Civil / Structural / MEPFS design / construction / renovation / fit-out works and other projects being undertaken by Landev PMG2. He / She will be assigned to MMCL da Vinci Building Project and other YGC Properties Redevelopment projects as required by the Group Head from pre-construction phase to construction phase and post-construction phase.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares construction schedules, bid documents and in-house cost estimates.
• Tabulation and evaluation of bids.
• Interprets Civil / Structural / MEPFS Plans, Design and Specifications.
• Coordinates the work of all team members.
• Site supervision, coordination and oversight of on-site Civil/Architectural / MEPFS works.
• Controls the pace, direction and cost of the work.
• Monitors all activities and events.
• Prepares project accomplishment reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) and project status.
  Records events and activities - Daily Project Log, Field Orders, Letter of Transmittal, Request for Information, Incident Reports, Change Order Authorization / Summary / Request, Owner Supplied Items and Contract Cost Summary.
• Conducts final turnover inspections.
• Conducts pre-bid meetings.
• Conducts Pre-Construction meetings.
• Other duties assigned by Superior/Project Management Team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
