Job Description:
1 Assists the Senior Cad Operator in supervising the Design Team.
2 Understands the equations, calculations and written instructions from designers and engineers before beginning a CAD drawing.
3 Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans on designs supplied by architects and designer and make modifications to existing drawings.
4 Knowledge of engineering principles and ability to create and read technical drawings
5 Transfer, display and manipulate your work using Microsoft office and other programs.
6 Proficient in multiple computer-aided design programs
7 Initial testing of equipment spearheaded by QA/QC
8 Performs pre-sales support in design, estimation, demo, and mock-up.
9 Liaise with architects, engineers and designers to understand their design requirements and provide technical advice to manufacturing and construction technicians.
10 Make effective independent decision
11 Prioritize the company's billing and collections endeavors including but not limited to preparation and realization of clerical works, follow-ups (if and when necessary), among others.
- Billing tasks include but not limited to:
- Establish a relationship with our clients, monitor and call to facilitate collection.
- Provides direct input to Project Manager, Project In-Charge for the status of collection from clients.
- Assist with the implementation of a new billing system.
12 Other relevant tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
