Salary: 25,000 - 38,000 QUALIFICATIONS: > Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent BIM/CAD diploma.) > Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360; knowledge of Tekla or Synchro is a plus. > Minimum of 5 years of BIM modeling experience and at least 3 years in BIM Coordination > Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and asset tagging (e.g., COBie). > Knowledge and experience in the Philippines or transit projects is an advantage. > Has a passion for BIM, good skills using Revit and other 3D modeling tools. > Expertise in BIM Coordination, CDE administration and clash detection. > Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and good communication skills. > Problem-solving, time management, and adaptability to meet project deadlines. > Strategic thinking to align BIM with project and operation goals. > Taking initiative and can manage tasks with limited guidance. === Job Description: > Preparing and checking drawings and coordinating with the Design and Engineering Department. > Preparing and coordinating CSD, SEM, and other drawings may require submission by the engineer. > Ensure the provisions of structural openings are accurate and in compliance with MEP design drawings. > Prepares MEP shop drawings and selection details base from approved TDD and TDR. > Follow the instructions may be given by the immediate superior. > Perform other related task and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
