Salary: 20,000 - 38,000 Required Experience: > Bachelor of Science in Engineering graduate. > With 3+ software experience with BIM modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD 2012 MEP, AutoCAD Suite, NavisWorks) >2D drawings and 3D BIM models experience. > Have experience working in the Construction and Engineering Industry. > Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications > Good knowledge and understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems. === Job Description: > Prepare CSD in CAD and BIM (Combined Services Drawing) for coordination of all the services to avoid clashes. > Prepare Clash Detection Report for presentation via Naviswork Manage / Revit 3D view / CAD and resolve all clash detection between systems and other trades. > Coordinate with the Designer’s Modeler and BIM Coordinator with other JV departments. > Manage to make adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as required by the site. > Review and check the accuracy of drawings prior to issuance for construction drawings. > Create, coordinate, and develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models. > Strong knowledge in using BIM modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD 2012 MEP, AutoCAD Suite, NavisWorks). > Ensure the quality of models as described in the BIM execution plan. > Assist the BIM team in meeting with the Designer. > Prepare clash detection reports and resolve clashes under the instruction of the BIM Manager. > Run interference detection to detect design clashes to assist the project team with coordination processes.
