  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified talents.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc).
  • Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process aligns with the organization's needs.
  • Maintain and update a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Ensure recruitment and training processes comply with relevant labor laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, source of hire, etc.) and training effectiveness.
  • Ensure and maintain all pertinent documents such as 201 File, 202 File, RPA, NPA, etc.
  • Ensure and manage Master Plantilla, Netsuites, etc.
  • Ensure monitoring of Performance Evaluation
  • Other task maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in AB/BS Psychology, Business Administration Major in Human Resources, or any related field.
  • With 3 – 4 year's experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance issues related to recruitment.
  • Familiarity with talent management software and HR analytics tools.
