A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As an SEO Coordinator, you'll support and execute organic search strategies to improve website visibility and performance. Your work will play a critical role in driving traffic, improving user engagement, and contributing to the success of digital marketing efforts.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Management:

  • Use AI tools to create detailed content briefs for freelance writers.

  • Upload content into a content management system (CMS) for publication.

  • Optimize content with page titles, header tags, and internal linking strategies.

  • Review uploaded content to ensure SEO best practices, grammar, and accuracy are maintained.

SEO Strategy & Analysis:

  • Conduct keyword and competitor research using Excel and SEO tools.

  • Perform site audits, including crawling and indexing checks, using tools like Screaming Frog.

  • Utilize tools such as SEMRush and Ahrefs to identify opportunities (training provided for advanced tools).

  • Support content audits to identify gaps and link-building opportunities.

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Gather and analyze data from GSC, GA4, and other sources to track SEO performance.

  • Assist in preparing SEO reports and performance updates.

  • Collaborate on process improvements and identify ways to streamline workflows.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices (technical knowledge is a bonus).

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., for keyword research and data analysis).

  • Knowledge of tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog (experience with Botify or Tableau is a plus but not required).

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in SEO and digital marketing.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
