We're looking for a creative individual with an eye for detail to drive results through our existing clients marketing campaigns.

Key Focus Areas: Search Engine Marketing & SEO:
  • Campaign creation, execution and performance optimisation.
  • Keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting.
  • ROI Improvement.
  • Banklink building.
  • Copy creation.
  • Audit websites and create a report/recommendations.
  • Manage fortnightly & month end reports.
  • Post blogs on websites.
  • Knowledageble in Wordpress, SEMRush, GTM, GA4, Screamingfrog, Ahrefs,Hootsuite, Mailchimp.

Social Media Marketing & Management:
  • Campaign strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (and more).
  • Create organic and paid campaigns.
  • Content creation including planning and scheduling content calendars.
  • Creative coordination and A/B testing.
  • Monitoring and adjusting ad spend for optimal performance.
  • Engaging and consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Performance tracking and audience growth.
  • Apply for Meta certifications.
  • Create ad copy design brief.
  • Create, update Canva designs.
  • Proficient in Wordpress, SEMRush, GTM, GA4, Screamingfrog, Ahrefs,Hootsuite, Mailchimp.
  • Knowledgeable in managing 18+ ads is a plus.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to build data-driven digital strategies.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (including SEO, email, and content marketing).
  • Optimise content for web and social platforms.
  • Monitor campaign analytics and provide regular reports.
  • Stay current on industry trends and platform updates.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong copywriting, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Gets s**t done. Willing to go above and beyond.
  • Strictly work solely for the agency during work hours.
  • Proactive.
