Job Description

  • To provide private counseling to students, assess the ability and potential of students, and coordinate with fellow professionals on student matters
  • Counsel students to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations
  • To provide intervention to students when difficult situations occur and advise students about academic and personal decisions
  • Confer with parents or guardians, teachers, administrators, and other professionals to discuss children's progress and to resolve behavioral, academic, and other issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • A Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling
  • Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) with active PRC credentials
  • Highly demonstrates the ability to facilitate well-being development programs and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in conducting counseling by monitoring students' personal-social and academic concerns
  • Able to work onsite in Camarin, North Caloocan City (5 mins away from Fairview Terraces)
