JOB SUMMARY:

The Guidance Counselor develops and implements programs aligned with school goals, delivers counseling and assessment services, prepares interventions, collaborates with stakeholders, supports student development, and maintains accurate records to promote academic and personal growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Guidance Counselor
  • Master's Degree in Guidance Counseling
  • With 3-5 years of experience in services like testing, placement, counseling, and research at the tertiary level
  • Working knowledge in managing operations and innovations for a growing population
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proficient in database management, research, critical thinking, and leadership
  • Able to work with diverse student backgrounds and personalities
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Independent, self-starter, and student-focused
  • Amenable to work during Saturdays
