I. Responsible for the day to day operations covering all disbursement operations within Treasury not limited to the following:

  • Review previous day's disbursement summary making sure that all disbursements are propeller funded and aid on time
  • Assign depositing banks for on date collections
  • Review daily emails on: bank balances, denounced checks, debit of final duties & other bank transactions
  • Encoding, posting and printing all transactions in the RS
  • Determine the need for fund transfers or placement s based on daily bank balances printed in RS
  • Counter checks that all on-date and post dated checks deposited tallies with the RS report generated
  • Responsible for generating all collection and disbursement reports for Chairman/ Vice Chairman and Directors
  • Responsible for reviewing and signing of BIR payments, fund transfers, authority to debit, and all other forms of disbursement

II. Responsible for the following:

  • Petty cash replenish report
  • sAccurate preparation of Letters of credit and Telegraphic transfer
  • sUploading of Managers Checks and Sellers' Subsidie
  • sBank Reconciliatio
  • nFilling of Reports to the Bank
  • sAuthorized to receive bounced checks, manager checks, bank statements and checkbook

III. Handle the Supervision and guidance of all Treasury assistants.

IV. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
