JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for an effective implementation of maintenance program for Electrical System.

For 480V: Motor Control Center and Feeder lines, Electric Motors;

For 220V : Lighting Transformers, Lighting Panels and Fixtures

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Primary Functions

Planning

1. Reviews the SAP Maintenance Schedule and updates as necessary.

2. Formulates Maintenance Plan for critical electrical machineries and equipment.

3. Encodes field maintenance data in SAP.

4. Provides specifications for purchase requisition for materials, parts, components for electrical machineries and equipment not included in the spare inventory of the warehouse.

5. Provides data to Section Head during the preparation of annual electrical maintenance budget.

6. Implements maintenance strategies and programs to electrical machineries.

7. Coordinates with end-user department in accomplishing SAP Maintenance Scheduling.

8. Issues Plant Maintenance Order (PMO) to External Service Provider.

9. Issues Communication (Field Notice) to External Service Provider for issues related to re-work, manpower availability, and performance related issues.

Controlling

1. Conducts quality inspection upon completion of repair.

2. Inspects and accepts delivered items at warehouse.

3. Facilitates withdrawal of spare parts from warehouse.

4. Evaluates compliance of External Service Provider on contract provisions.

5. Reviews and intervenes on developing issues detrimental to effective implementation of maintenance program.

6. Provides decision to technical issues that will affect the cost and reliability of equipment.

Coordinating

1. Assists Procurement (DBI-Logistics and BPG) in technical evaluation of requested items

2. Provides daily updates to Section Head on the status of plant maintenance.

3. Coordinates with Production/Quality Assurance/Waste Water Treatment/Water Treatment/Logistics departments on matters relevant to the successful execution of maintenance programs.

4. Conducts monthly coordination meeting with External Service Providers on matters pertaining to PMO accomplishment.

5. Provides suggestions to Section Head on matters related to improvement of equipment operation.

6. Coordinates with IMS Group on plant documentation, audit system for plant-wide maintenance program.

7. Prepares monthly reports for presentation during monthly coordination meeting with External Service Providers.

B. Other Functions

1. Assists in the preparation of budget and capital projects proposals, monitoring of expenses and generation of management reports.

2. Supports the plant's Integrated Management System (IMS) by conforming to established documented procedures and standards in area of responsibility to comply with ISO 9001:2015, Safety and Environmental requirements.

3. Supports company programs by participating in quality and productivity programs to contribute to continual improvement and employee relations activities to promote teamwork and better interpersonal relationships.

4. Helps promote a clean and safe environment at the work place by:

a. Conducting safety inspections and planned job observations

b. Implementing the company's health and safety programs in area of responsibility, and monitoring compliance.

c. Coordinating with the Plant Safety& Health Committee and the Safety Officer on safety issues and concerns.
