Brief Description of Work and Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

· Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for desktops, laptops, printers, and POS systems.Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

· Support remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP) and handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, cabling).

· Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA using the company's ticketing system.

· Perform IT asset inventory management and preventive maintenance.

Administrative Support:

· Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, tickets, and reports.

· Assist with procurement and coordination of IT equipment and supplies.

· Prepare and update Excel reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.

· Support daily office operations, including scheduling, communication, and filing.

· Provide assistance to management in monitoring projects and staff requirements.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related courses.

· At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or administrative role (internship experience may be considered).

· Proficient in hardware/software troubleshooting, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT inventory management.

· Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, GLPI, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus.

· Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

· Willing to travel or do field assignments if required.

· Owning a motorcycle for mobility is an advantage.

· Can start immediately

· Must be a resident of Marawi.

· Must have a valid government-issued ID (UMID, Passport, Postal ID, National ID – physical card only, or Voter's ID).
