Position Requirements:

Stakeholder Management and Partnership
  • Engage directly with hiring managers including function heads to support them with their hiring needs
  • Collaborate with the business partners in developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies
  • Be on top of hiring numbers particularly on fill and hire on time rates
  • Keep business partners up to date on the hiring progress through facilitation of weekly, monthly business reviews and reports
  • Effectively articulate overall demands vs hires anchored through data and market insights
Process Management
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the overall recruitment cycle from recruitment planning to onboarding
  • Oversee that end-to-end recruitment operations
People Management
  • drive, mobilize and supervise a team of 2-5 recruiters to meet hiring goals, targets and SLAs
  • Coach, develop and engage team members
  • Foster collaboration and establish harmonious working relationships within the team
  • Champion engagement and build a winning team
Job Requisition Management
  • Provide full cycle recruitment from sourcing to account management of volume and specialized roles
  • Manage assigned requisitions to completion through proper delegation and strict compliance to the standard hiring process

Position Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably BS Psychology, Human Resources Development/Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment of volume and corporate roles preferably in the BPO, Shared Services and IT/Financial companies
  • 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a talent acquisition operations environment
  • Must have a strong account and stakeholder management experience
  • Must have an up-to-date "Talent Advisory" Capability when it comes to market and hiring trends
  • High Attention to Details, process oriented
  • Resilient and tenacious

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Workday is an advantage
