Telecom Billing Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Telecom Billing Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and deliver outstanding support to customers with billing-related inquiries. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats concerning account discrepancies, payment issues, billing disputes, and service charges. You will collaborate with internal billing and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in telecom or billing-focused customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-first attitude. You must be capable of explaining complex billing information in a clear, professional manner, even under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM platforms and telecom billing systems is essential. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are critical for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- (at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad |no experience required| billing & sales is a + factor| Excellent Communication Skills
