Job Summary
We are looking for an
Overall Account Supervisor
to lead and manage account operations while ensuring excellent team performance and client service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple teams/accounts and resolving operational challenges efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage teams or accounts effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in outsourcing, BPO, or operations supervision is an advantage
• Knowledge of labor policies, performance management, and client service standards

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise overall daily account operations and ensure smooth workflow across assigned teams/accounts
• Lead, coach, and support team leaders and staff to meet performance and productivity targets
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and compliance with company and client standards
• Ensure excellent client service by addressing concerns, providing updates, and maintaining strong client relationships
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions when needed
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Payroll, Operations, and Recruitment) to support account requirements
• Ensure compliance with labor policies, company rules, and performance management processes
• Prepare and submit reports on team performance, account status, and operational updates to management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
