Position: Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our medical equipment is installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards, supporting the reliable and safe use of our products by healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and test medical devices to ensure proper functionality
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspection in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, performing necessary repairs or adjustments
  • Calibrate devices to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain detailed service and maintenance records for all equipment handled
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the correct use and care of medical devices
  • Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment
  • Stay updated with manufacturer protocols and industry best practices
  • Respond promptly to client service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
