Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative concepts and producing high-quality visual materials that effectively communicate the company's brand and support marketing initiatives. This role involves creating graphics for both digital and print platforms, ensuring that all designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and aligned with project requirements. The Graphic Designer collaborates with the marketing team, copywriters, and creative leads to deliver engaging content, manage design projects from concept to completion, and maintain consistency across all visual assets. The position requires strong technical skills in design software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance creativity with strategic brand objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Study design briefs and determine requirements

-Schedule projects and define budget constraints

-Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

-Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

-Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

-Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

-Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

-Test graphics across various media

-Amend designs after feedback

-Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

-Design graphics for both digital (websites, social media) and print media (flyers, packaging, posters etc.) that capture the essence of the brand/services.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the company's visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.

-Stay updated on design trends and industry standards.

-Contribute to all graphic-related activities.

Qualifications:

-Proven graphic designing experience

-Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics demonstrating a range of creative work

-Proficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

-Solid understanding of graphic fundamentals, design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.

-A keen eye for aesthetics and details

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

-Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

-Knowledgeable and experienced in photography and videography is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
