About the role

Seeking licensed Pharmacists to join our esteemed healthcare BPO team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Licensed Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert pharmaceutical services and guidance to our clients and their patients. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your healthcare expertise within an innovative, technology-driven BPO environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing, evaluating and verifying patient medication orders and prescriptions
  2. Providing pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients, caregivers and healthcare providers
  3. Maintaining detailed patient records and medication histories
  4. Collaborating with medical teams to optimise patient care and medication management
  5. Participating in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
  7. Continuously updating your knowledge of new medications, treatments and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Possess a valid Pharmacist license and be eligible to practice in the Philippines
  2. With or Without BPO Experience
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  4. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  5. Proficient in using pharmacy software, electronic health records and other relevant technologies
  6. Passionate about providing quality pharmaceutical care and patient-centric services
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
