Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and diligent Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in healthcare delivery. Your daily responsibilities will include precise dispensing of prescriptions and over-the-counter products, offering counseling on appropriate medication usage, and preparing specialized medications. Additionally, you will oversee daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) products, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide counseling on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions with empathy and clarity.
  • Prepare specialized medications with precision and safety, as required.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control and workspace organization.
  • Implement and oversee pharmacy sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results.
  • Develop and execute action plans to meet sales targets and enhance pharmacy profitability.
  • Ensure high customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Handle online sales functions as needed.
  • Conduct training for pharmacy staff, motivate team members, and ensure adherence to workplace discipline.
  • Participate in inventory counts and recommend strategies to minimize losses.
  • Follow strict sanitary protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with the landlord.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm)
  • Successful completion of a pharmacy internship or practical training program
  • Must successfully pass the Pharmacist Licensing Examination
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development to maintain licensure
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions
